Purple P&L’s solution provides the restaurant operator with interactive financial statements within a time frame that is generally unachievable in a typical restaurant/back-office atmosphere. The unique software package allows Point-of-Sale generated data to flow through the in-store management personnel and ultimately by internet to the computers at Purple P&L where it is seamlessly integrated with accounting software. On a real-time basis, the operators can access sales and cost information in a format that they can modify to fit their own needs. At the same time, Purple P&L is providing daily, weekly and monthly reports in a matter of days instead of weeks especially in the case of monthly unit P&L’s. All of the other standard accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, treasury management and tax compliance are drawn from the store software upstream to Purple P&L where all the standard processes are efficiently completed. |
