How to Initiate Live On Line Help: A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine the nature of the problem.
Step 1:
Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to initiate a screen-sharing session. You must firstDownload Schnitz Remote Lite produced by Schnitz Technology.
Step 2:
You will be prompted to Open/Save a small virus-free program. Choose OPEN. Make sure the "Open With" dropdown has "Stuffit Expander" selected.
Step 3:
This will place a folder on your desktop. Open the folder by double clicking on it.
Step 4:
Run Schnitz Remote Lite by double clicking it. For details about how to connect to a specific support person, please click one of the links to the left.
Step 5:
You may end your connection with us at any time by clicking "Disconnect". We will click disconnect when we are finished with the support session.
