Advanced Multimedia Sales Tools consists of a suite of six database programs marketed worldwide as cross platform sales tools, as continuing education programs, and as on-site convention booth displays.
- The Comparison and Catalog series can be distributed to users via CD and feature high-end graphics and charts designed to be used alone or in conjunction with overhead projector systems. Each system contains a dedicated word processor allowing the rep to generate client documents instantly. They also contain Purchase Order modules that provide order information electronically to Retrieval Systems at Corporate or fulfillment houses, enabling Reps to offer 24-hour turn-around on ordered material. Systems are in use worldwide as well as in the US.
- The Catalog series has also been ported to the web and can be used as a password controlled information dissemination or product distribution site, “information library” site with live database sort and search capability, or even as an e-commerce site for viewing and ordering product or multi-media material.
- Orders are transmitted electronically to matching Retrieval Systems at corporate or fulfillment houses for immediate fulfillment. The Retrieval Series acts as a dedicated backend to the above series. It accepts electronic orders generated by them and fulfills the orders, with automated modules for picking, packing, and shipping. It contains numerous built in reports for feedback to management such as statistical analysis of audience demographics as well as fulfillment item statistics. Several reports are geared especially toward special events such as meetings or conventions, and can track individuals, items, and orders over long time spans as well as across events.
- The Kiosk Series are used at conventions and meetings as interactive presentational media with the added benefit of being true databases with user controlled interaction such as search/sort and order placement.
